ITMC Fiduciary, Est. 2003Colin holds a degree in Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from the United Kingdom, complemented by a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Banking. He built his early career in the banking sector before transitioning into trust company management in Labuan.
With a presence in Labuan since 1994, Colin brings over three decades of on-the-ground expertise in offshore structuring, regulatory compliance and cross-border client management. He is widely regarded as one of the most experienced trust officers in Labuan IBFC.
Betty holds a B.A. Hons in Agribusiness and a law degree from the University of Canterbury, England. She was called to the English Bar at Gray's Inn, London in 1991, and was subsequently admitted to the Sabah Bar in Malaysia in 1993.
Betty is a founding partner of Foo Teo & Associates, a Labuan-based legal firm handling both onshore and offshore matters. Her dual background in law and business gives her a distinctive perspective in advising clients on complex offshore structures, corporate governance and compliance.
